Our Ingham office is also growing and we are seeking a suitably experienced Business administrator who is highly motivated individual that can think, act, and work efficiently. This exciting and fast paced role is critical for the delivery of the district’s commercial administration.  This position is casual and would suit anyone seeking approximately 20 hours work per week.

If you have a proactive work ethic and are driven to achieve high quality results, the skills and qualifications that will assist in thriving in this role are:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of commercial administration, financial management and procurement;
  • Understanding of contractor management practices and processes, particularly in a commercial environment;
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Knowledge of or the ability to acquire knowledge of specialists ITC programs such as TechnologyOne and Geocortex.
  • Diploma level qualification in finance, business or administration with at least 2 years’ experience in a business coordination role; and
  • Unrestricted ‘C’ class drivers licence.
