In-field forest operations such as harvesting, planting or road maintenance are undertaken by our contractor partners. If you are looking for casual or full-time field work, please enquire directly with the providers of these services throughout regional Queensland.

Forest
Our forest operations group ensures all operations are planned and managed safely and sustainably, so that productivity and ecological outcomes are enhanced and community expectations are met.

The resources group ensures the management of our long-term resource planning, as well as the development of decision support systems, spatial resource information and tactical harvest planning functions.

The marketing group is the conduit between HQP and our valued customers to ensure positive commercial relationships and optimal resource allocation, and manages all facets of the export supply chain.

The stewardship group manages R&D, nursery production, plantation health, risk management and community engagement to ensure our systems and practices meet global best practice for sustainable forest management.

The commercial services group is responsible for the delivery of financial management and planning, statutory reporting, audit and taxation, information technology, legal and business services to help achieve our business goals.
