Would you like to be valued, challenged and supported with a flexible work life balance including the ability to work from home whilst being remunerated with an attractive salary package including 12% super?

Do you want to work for a business that cares about its people - for their health and wellbeing, ensuring they feel valued and respected, and that every day, everyone returns home safe?  A business that cares about the Traditional Custodians of the land we now manage, our neighbours, communities and the visitors to our plantation forests.

A natural self-starter, you will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of timber harvesting and all the operational activities that are required to operate a commercial forest including forest protection, assets and environmental management whilst ensuring commercial, safety and stewardship certifications are met.

Reporting to the Harvest and Supply Manager you will be located in our Tuan office, close to the townships of Maryborough and Hervey Bay this exciting and fast paced role is critical in servicing supply of logs to one of Australia’s largest sawmills.

Here’s what you need to thrive in this role:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a forester role that involved coordinating harvesting activities whilst managing a contractor workforce;
  • Unrestricted “C” class drivers’ licence; and
