Grow with us

Do you want to work for a business that genuinely cares about its people — their health, wellbeing, and safety  while ensuring everyone feels valued, respected, and supported to return home safe every day?

At HQPlantations, we care deeply about the land we manage, the Traditional Custodians, our neighbours, local communities, and the many visitors who enjoy our plantation forests.

We sustainably manage 310,000 hectares of plantation forest across Queensland — from Passchendaele near the NSW border to Kuranda, north west of Cairns. We’re growing close to 100 million trees, and we’re doing it sustainably — because what we do today matters for tomorrow.

Our industry has evolved, and so have we. We’re innovating through cutting edge technology, data driven insights, and fresh perspectives, all underpinned by a strong culture of care — care for each other and care for the land.

Together, we’re growing something that truly matters.
