We have an exciting opportunity for an experience administration specialist who has a strong emphasis on customer service and delivering quality financial administration. This role forms part of our Operations Business Group where you will be part of a high performing team in an organisation that is committed to a culture of inclusivity whilst also ensuring your wellbeing is looked after by offering work life balance.

Here’s what you need to thrive in this role:

  • Delivery of high-level commercial business administration including record management, meeting administration, communication, executive assistance and business support;
  • Procurement and contract management support and coordination;
  • Assist with the delivery of the annual regional budget and reforecasting processes with the corporate finance team;
  • Coordination of regional inventories and stocktakes;
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers which could include neighbours, contractors, and other stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated genuine and authentic leadership skills; and
  • Practical interpersonal communication skills including negotiations, coaching, and engaging.

Desirable qualifications:

  • A relevant diploma level qualification in finance, business or administration;
  • Unrestricted “C” class drivers licence; and
  • 5 years' experience in a business co-ordination role in a commercial environment.
